In 1980 Frank Rider had an inventive brainstorm; take an old hot air balloon and transform it into an advertising inflatable that would steal the show wherever it was seen. He built the first one in his garage and his ambitious idea forged the groundwork that became Boulder Blimp Company.
Located at the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, Boulder Blimp Company leads the industry with high quality products, innovative technology and excellent customer service. Boulder Blimp Company, with an established foothold in the market, is instrumental in developing, challenging and expanding the inflatables industry.
We are excited to have taken this knowledge of inflatables and apply it to creating a tool to promote fire education. As the original designer and manufacturer of the inflatable fire education house, we take great pride in our work. It has been very rewarding to provide an affordable product that fills such an important need. We have built numerous inflatable fire education houses for fire houses around the country and look forward to continuing this great work.
