BOULDER BLIMP IS BRINGING FIRE SAFETY EDUCATION INTO THE NEW DECADE

In 2008, Boulder Blimp Company designed and manufactured the very first Inflatable Fire Education House. Boulder Blimp has been making inflatables since 1980 and we were thrilled to apply our abilities to the Fire Safety Industry. The fateful union of Boulder Blimp Company and the Lafayette Fire Department resulted in the birth of our most original concept: The Inflatable Fire Education House.

Large Group Education

The inflatable fire education house effective and efficient when teaching large groups of kids or entire elementary schools.

“Well, it was about 50 degrees and raining but it did not affect us at all. We were set up in the school gym and able to teach every kindergarten and first grade class. This would normally have been 3 days for us but we were able to do it in 7 hours.”

The inflatable fire education house is comprised of 3 rooms: a kitchen, a living space, and an exit area. Up to date internal banners covering topics such as kitchen safety, fireplace & candle safety, and exit drills in the home (E.D.I.T.H). Understanding the importance of remaining current with ever changing industry terms and protocol, we have a partnership with Life Safety Specialists out of Virginia to update our products on a regular basis.
